Really looking forward to hosting our race tomorrow :-) if you are available for helping or are down for a job could you please get to the crouch for 9.30am. The 3 for marina duties can you please be there for just before 10am.
There will be a briefing for the safety boats at 10.30am and the general briefing will be 11.30am.

From 10.00 hrsBoats launched from Burnham Yacht Harbour Foundry Ln, Burnham-on-Crouch CM0 8BL. Cars and trailers can be kept in the car park at Burnham Yacht harbour. Once launched boats will make their way to Burnham Sailing Club jetty. We will need officials at the marina please.
From 10.00 hrsRegistration will be held at the Crouch Yacht club.Bacon butties, tea and coffee will be available for a small donation.
11.30hrsRace briefing at the Crouch YC
12.00hrsStart of races: Ladies 1200hrs, Men’s 12.45hrs followed by mixed 13.30hrs. All coxswains will be in possession of a marine radio on CH37.At the end of the last race all teams will return to the marina to recover their boats, prizegiving will be conducted after everyone has returned to the yacht club.15.00hrsPrize giving at the Crouch YC.There will be hot food available at a small cost.Please contact Dawn Wood
