There are a couple of spaces left for tomorrow’s row to fambridge it looks like it’s going to be a lovely day.
Sunday forecast
Any early mist will clear quite quickly. All parts dry with plenty of sunshine. A brisk easterly breeze and a little more cloud will take the edge off coastal temperatures. Maximum Temperature 15C.

With the forecast in mind it may be a little choppy so again don’t forget to bring a warm jumper and a waterproof layer to keep the wind out.

Please be prepared to be out for a few hours. I estimate we will be back by 3pm but no later than 3.30pm
We will be rowing there with the tide. It will take roughly an hour and a half to get there, we will then tie up and have a well earned drink and lunch at the pub for an hour (can be longer or shorter depending on what everyone wants to do)
We will then row back with the outgoing tide, however we will be rowing against the wind so may take 15mins longer to get back.

We will have no trouble at all getting there, I anticipate it being a little choppy on the way back but certainly nothing to be concerned about. However, as with all good passage plans we have contingencies. We have the option of paying for moorings at fambridge and getting the train back, or bridgemarsh marina is half way so we can also go in to there and get the train back.
I really don’t see we will have a problem rowing back, but there are options if the wind unexpectedly picks up.
