Both boats are now full- the list of who has paid is below.
If you would like to row in this race but did not get your payment in- please still add your name to the list. You will be added to the reserve list, if we get 6 on the reserve list I will source a third boat. :-)
If you would like to come along to support, give me a shout and I will explain what you need to book.

Hi all,
The great river race is now ready for booking. I have outlined the costs to give you an idea of the cost of the whole weekend.
Cost to enter the race: £58
Bus to the start line: £16
Camping: £27
Lensbury, teddington hotel: £100 per person for both nights (roughly)
Friday night BBQ: £12.50
So if you want to camp you are looking at £113.50 for the whole weekend.
If you want to stay in the hotel you are looking at £186.50 for the whole weekend.
I will be asking Kay to pay for both boats to be entered in to the race plus the Friday night BBQ tickets plus the bus tickets. You can secure your place by paying £86.50 in to the club account. Unfortunately we can not reserve spaces. Your position on the boat will only be confirmed on receipt of payment of £86.50

It will then be down to individuals to book their own accommodation via.
http://www.destinationrichmond.co.uk/micro/grr/index.htmlThe bus will be booked via the club so you only need to book your own accommodation
To clarify- I will be taking the boats on Friday to the start line and bringing the trailers to the finish line. The entertainment BBQ and Lensbury, teddington hotel are at the finish line.
If you would like to camp, please let me know and we can arrange this through the club. However, the campsite gets filled up fast so let me know as early as possible.
There is a passenger boat that follows the race if anyone would like to bring spectators along for the day. This will be down to individuals to book and can be done via
http://www.greatriverrace.co.uk/serv_pass_tckts.phpThe passenger boat runs from the start to finish line so if your guests are staying overnight Friday they will also need to book a space on the shuttle bus.
The race it’s self is 21.6 Miles from London Docklands to Ham in Surrey
