Dear all,The AGM will be held at 7pm in the library at the Royal Burnham Yacht Club. Food is available afterwards.
I have already sent out an amended constitution to be agreed at the AGM. Please read it if you get a chance and let me know if there are any problems with it. There is very little change from last years one, but still needs agreeing as some changes have been made.

The agenda items will be as follows

1. Welcome
2. Apologies
3. Minutes from last meeting
4. Summary of last year to include- membership numbers, reports from members, achievements, club development, funding, sponsorship, feedback, ideas
5. Election of new committee members.

The role nominations are as follows:
President- Charlie offered to remain in post.
Chairman- Dawn wood (nominated)
Treasurer- Kay Tavinor (Nominated)
Secretary- Tamar Walton offered to remain in post
Men’s captain- Jaime Wood offered to remain in post
Ladies captain- Bridie Hughes (Nominated)
Press officer- Vanessa Bell (nominated)
RB liaison- Nicola Hastwell (nominated)
Events organiser- Jasie Cracknell (nominated)
Repairs and maintenance liaison. *Vacant position*
Founder Members: Jerry and Amanda.
